IB and College Admission

IB students gain admission to some of the best known universities in the world. Universities in more than 100 countries around the world recognize the International Baccalaureate Diploma as the pinnacle of a secondary education experience. That’s acceptance by four times as many countries as recognize the Advanced Placement (AP) Diploma.

For St. Timothy’s this is an important statistic because so many of our girls come from interesting places near and very far away. Because we have an international community, it’s important that the education received at St. Timothy’s is recognized around the world as the best education that a student can possibly receive.
