School Trips

The Office of Student Life provides students with many opportunities to experience the excitement of New York City, Baltimore, and Washington, DC. The School's easy access to these major metropolitan areas enables students to savor the cultural events in these cities. Trips to museums, the symphony, the ballet, jazz concerts, opera, art galleries, and a host of theatrical productions abound.

Some of the most popular school trips are skiing trips, dances with area boarding schools, trips to see movies, comedians, performances by singing groups, and dramatic productions. On weekends, when students feel the need to leave campus for a few hours, there is always the option of heading into Baltimore for dinner at a local restaurant followed by a trip to the movies, shopping at the mall, or book-browsing at Barnes & Noble or a visit to Starbucks.
