Equestrian Program
The Hamilton-Ireland Equestrian Center located on St. Timothy’s rolling 145-acre campus, is home to our popular riding program. The equestrian facilities at St. Timothy’s are everything a young rider could want—a 24 stall barn with two tack rooms and a wash stall, a 70’ by 200’ indoor riding arena, a 150’ by 280’ outdoor sand arena, double fenced turnout paddocks, four fenced 10 acre fields with run-in sheds, and endless wooded trails for practice or leisure riding.
Residents can either ride one of the 16 horses owned by St. Tim’s or bring their own horse to board at school. Either way, participation in more than half a dozen horse shows and hunts each year makes St. Timothy’s the perfect educational setting for girls with enthusiasm for equestrian activities.
