Student Life Curriculum
Our formal Student Life Curriculum is purposeful and comprehensive. Health and wellness education through our Erin Michele Levitas ’11 Mind, Body, and Soul Empowerment Program promotes lifelong healthy choices with seminars and activities. Girls learn about horticulture and sustainability practices at our on-campus Redlands Farm. From our nationally recognized Equestrian Program to our sports teams, art, theater, music, and dance opportunities, our co-curricular programs help girls find balance and build character, leadership, and compassion.

"St. Timothy’s School is an absolute gem where girls can truly grow into their full selves, supported by fellow students who sincerely wish the best for one another and engaging, dedicated faculty who get to know each student.The camaraderie of the student body is evident every day I’m on that beautiful campus, whether it’s the bedlam of the annual Brownie-Spider competition, classmates cheering on their friends at a sports event, or just the laughs outside the Five Arts Center on a spring afternoon.The International Baccalaureate program not only challenges and prepares the students well for college, but it also draws an international cohort that gives the school a dimension that few can match. Whether it’s listening to a Monday night dinner presentation led by a student from Ukraine, or visiting the Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C., alongside a German classmate, or meeting with the Jordanian ambassador during the exceptional Winterim program, St. Timothy’s students grow to understand and appreciate how we are all global citizens.
In four years at St. Timothy’s, my daughter made friends from Hungary, Spain, Germany, Mexico, China, Japan, India, and I’m sure I’m forgetting a few others. David & Kate Smith"Ellie was looking for a school with a strong sense of community and curious learners. As educators, we wanted to find a school that would “see” our daughter as an individual with strengths and challenges and push her personally, academically, and athletically.
We chose St. Timothy’s. During her freshman year, she travelled with the school to Morocco and left the country for the first time. She learned what it's like to be a visitor in another country and what her international classmates feel when they leave home to come to St. Timothy's. Subsequent travel opportunities to the UAE and United Kingdom have sparked a passion for culture, architecture, and politics.
The International Baccalaureate curriculum coupled with a knowledgeable and caring faculty, challenged her to develop as a student, a thinker, and a global citizen. As she enters her senior year, she is a curious and confident learner. St. Timothy’s athletic program has given opportunities for Ellie to gain exceptional experience as a leader and competitor in three seasons of sports.
