Meet 1 vs @Chapelgate and Mercy

In their first race of the season, the St. Tim's Cross Country team had a lot to be proud of.  For many of the girls, this was the first race they have ever ran in their lives.  All of the girls got out fast and had fantastic first miles, but inexperience and lack of endurance eventually caught up with them as they began to slow in the second and third miles of the race.  However, considering that both Chapelgate and Mercy had 3 extra weeks of training over St. Tim's, it was impressive to see how our girls held their own and even passed some of their opponents.
