St. Tim’s Blows Away Park School
On a cold and breezy day the shivering fans were treated to a 4-1 win over Park School. Jada Johnson opened the scoring from the penalty spot. Park got one back and the game was a tense back and forth. However, a hand ball offered Johnson another shot from the spot which she coolly slotted in to out St. Tim’s ahead. From there, the wind really started to blew in favor of St. Tim’s Emily Schaffrath — who put in a good effort through the afternoon — scored the third goal. Courtney Baker completed the scoring with a goal in the closing minutes. Despite the cold everyone had a good time seeing the decisive win over the nearby rivals.
