With the privilege of a great education comes responsibility, and one responsibility we take very seriously here is giving back to those who are less fortunate. As part of our community service requirements, every St. Timothy’s student must complete a minimum of 120 service hours in order to graduate, but students often far exceed that number. Each year St. Timothy’s students devote service hours to worthwhile organizations and causes in Baltimore, across the U.S., and around the world, including:

Outdoors work and environmental conservation with:
  • Baltimore Orchard Project
  • Bread and Cheese Creek Steam Cleans
  • Irvine Nature Center
  • Real Food Farm
  • Redlands Farm
  • Sherwood Gardens
Walks and races for great causes like:
  • Girls on the Run
  • Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
  • Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure
Serving meals and packaging food at:
  • Happy Helpers for the Homeless
  • Loaves and Fishes
  • Moveable Feast
  • Our Daily Bread
  • Weinberg Housing and Resource Center
  • And a variety of other great opportunities with:
  • Believe in Tomorrow Children's House at John's Hopkins Hospital
  • Believe Big
  • Habitat for Humanity-ReStore
  • Healthy Kids Running Series
  • Kenya Connect
  • Nikki Perlow Foundation
  • Project Linus
  • Samaritan Women Project
  • Soccer Without Borders
