Meet 4 - Our Time on Our Course

Going into their home meet, the St. Tim's cross country team hoped to sweep their opponents and gain two more wins. Though they would face some very fast runners, St. Tim's was confident that they could pull out the W's because their hilly course catches other teams unprepared. St. Tim's got out fast, and at the 1 mile mark were in the lead. And while the ladies of St. Tim's were able to easily hold off Oldfields, Beth Tfiloh were able to pass two of our runners in the closing moments of the race, squeezing out a win by 3 tiny points. While St. Tim's was disappointed at not getting the sweep, the loss to Beth Tfiloh will only motivate them to train harder and gain redemption at Championships.
