A major part of Olivia's commitment to the IB Program has been her dedication to service. As an athlete and lover of softball, she worked with a middle school program to teach girls how to play softball. She developed fundraising projects at the school to raise funds to purchase equipment for the girls. She taught the girls skills and then coached them in competition against other teams.

She also worked on a quilt project with women at the abuse center in Baltimore and at a local middle school whose art program had been eliminated.
